  • For Saudi Arabia & UAE, delivery is within 2 to 4 days.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above $30.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can return items within 7 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • A return fee of $4 applies.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

مرحبًا بك في الجَرَّار! باستخدام موقعنا وخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. الشروط العامة

  • من خلال الوصول إلى موقعنا، تؤكد أنك بلغت سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك أو لديك إذن لاستخدام خدماتنا.

  • توافق على عدم استخدام منتجاتنا لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به.

4. الشحن والتوصيل

  • يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة ويتم شحنها خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام لمعظم الدول.

  • بالنسبة إلى السعودية والإمارات، يكون التوصيل خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام.

  • الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 30 دولارًا.

5. الإرجاع والاسترداد

  • يمكن للعملاء إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية.

  • يتم فرض رسوم إرجاع بقيمة 4 دولارات.

  • تتم معالجة عمليات الاسترداد خلال 7-10 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة عليها.

6. الملكية الفكرية

  • جميع المحتويات، بما في ذلك الصور والنصوص والعلامات التجارية، هي ملكية حصرية لـ الجَرَّار ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

  • نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا.

  • لا نضمن تقديم خدمة خالية من الأخطاء أو دون انقطاع على موقعنا.
